Ben admits to having Cowell nightmares

X Factor contestant Ben admits he has been having nightmares about Simon Cowell.

The 26-year-old revealed his strange experiences may come from his listening to his song for the week just before he goes to bed: "I have been having some very strange dreams at the moment about being on stage and that kind of thing. I have dreams about Simon," he said.

"We are given a recording of ourselves to memorise our songs for the show and I listen to the recording before I get to sleep to try and learn it but maybe that's the problem."

He added that the live performances are making him more and more nervous as the weeks pass: "It's thinking about the cameras that scares me. When it happened the first time on the show it was a massive surprise."
