Walsh to quit 'X Factor' next year?

Louis Walsh has revealed that he will quit The X Factor next year so that he can concentrate on doing his day job as a music manager.

The judge claims he is "not a TV star" and he wants to spend more time managing his group Westlife and last year's X Factor winner Shayne Ward.

Walsh told The News of the World: "I will do one more series. I have really enjoyed doing it but I'm not a TV star, I'm a band manager.

"X Factor takes over your life. By the end of the show I am exhausted, and then I have to work with my acts."

He added: "I'm not like Simon (Cowell). I don't have to be on television all the time."

Walsh was sacked from his position on the show in March, but he was reinstated three months later to take over from Brian Friedman, who had been drafted in as one of his original replacements.
