Cowell sets Rhydian up on a date

Simon Cowell has set up X Factor runner-up Rhydian Roberts on a date with his makeup artist.

Rhydian revealed that he fancied Julia Carter and judge Cowell decided to help the pair arrange to meet up in the New Year.

Roberts said: "Simon sorted it. She's on holiday but I hope to see her in the New Year. She's lovely."
